General tracking issue for improvements to the scanner.

Commit updates to the database after each series instead of at the end
Show error directly in the scan progress modal when one happens, instead of having to go look in the tasks history page
Show warnings count in scan progress modal and link to tasks page; auto-expand relevant tasks
Scan modal scan show the same library as scanned multiple times, if the modal is open in one tab and the user scans again from another tab. Not sure exactly what the ideal answer is here
